Mile High Campground is hosting the following events in 2025:

  • Mercedes Sprinter Vans Storytellers 7/10 to 7/20

    Sit around the campfire, tell stories and get ideas for your Sprinter Van

  • Dutch Oven Gathering (DOG) 7/21 to 7/27

    A social event focused on Dutch oven cooking, featuring demonstrations, food preparation, and a potluck or four-course meal. The event involves using cast-iron Dutch ovens for cooking over coals or wood, with demonstrations and recipe sharing

  • Off Road Tiny Campers 8/1 to 8/3

    Come show off your best design and get ideas on diy modifications

Located on the Cherokee Indian Reservation just off the Blue Ridge Parkway

  • From Hwy 19 go south on the BRP

  • Just past mile marker 458 turn right on Heintooga Rd. toward the Masonic Marker 

  • From Hwy 441 go north on the BRP

  • Just past mile marker 459 turn left on Heintooga Rd. toward the Masonic Marker

  • Campground entrance is one mile on the left, just past the Mollie Gap sign
